Is this Experience for you?
This private hour and a half session with a highly experienced yoga instructor takes place at one of three locations: the luxurious tree-top setting of Tri Lanka’s yoga studio, the yoga teacher’s own house, or in the privacy of your own villa. At the teacher’s home there is a large swimming pool to cool off in amidst a beautifully landscaped tropical garden; spacious and serene and the perfect setting for an intense yoga immersion. At Tri Lanka you can expect stunning panoramic views over Koggala Lake and you will have the option to get a treatment at the wellness spa, try out their renowned contemporary menu, or take a swim in the infinity pool. Your instructor practices a style of yoga that she has successfully developed herself in an endeavor to give practitioners the skill to spontaneously construct dynamic sequences ideally suited to an individual’s present physical, mental and emotional requirements. The session is taught in a dynamic, flowing form that integrates the holistic approach of the ancient healing science of Ayurveda, as well as the modern insights of quantum physics, and leads to intelligent self-practice.
