Passikudah is a small coastal village situated in the east of Sri Lanka, famous for its golden bay and wide, shallow shoreline which allows you to wade 50m out to sea. Famous for the array of water-sports that are on offer, travelers can look forward to exhilarating activities such as jet-skiing, kayaking, windsurfing and snorkeling. Those who want to explore deeper can choose boating and scuba diving – there are some shipwrecks hidden beneath the ocean’s surface nearby.
