Jetwing Kandy Gallery is a contemporary hotel with great design poised on the edge of a slowly winding river. The hotel pays homage to the fact that Kandy was Sri Lanka’s last royal capital by infusing the rooms with color and patterns linked to the Sri Lankan monarchy, and the tradition of Kandyan dance is also depicted in a set of sculptures created out metal wire which line the pathway from the lobby to the spa. There are 26 rooms at Jetwing Kandy Gallery, split across four categories: deluxe room; luxury room; gallery suite, and Kandyan suite. All rooms are spacious and have their own private balcony with expansive river views. Interconnecting rooms are available and some can be tripled.

Decorated in rich crimson, the 4 deluxe rooms are furnished with a TV, minibar, tea / coffee making facilities and either a large double bed or twin beds. Two sunbeds are positioned on the balcony. The ensuite bathroom has a bathtub in addition to a shower, sink and w/c.

The twelve luxury rooms have the same furnishings as above, but are decorated with splashes of royal blue and contain two queen-sized beds. They are positioned on the first floor and enjoy superior views from the balcony.

Gallery Suite

Located on the second and third floors, the four gallery suites have better views and have the advantage of more space. The balconies are also larger and are furnished with a table and chairs and a Jacuzzi.

Kandyan Suite

The six Kandyan suites are the most opulent rooms available, boasting a separate sitting area, ornate wooden screen, deep yellow and gold décor and an enormous bathroom. The extensive balcony has spectacular views and is furnished with a table and chairs and double sun lounger.
