The menu at Kumu Beach features gourmet a la carte all-day fusion options including tapas-style platters with an emphasis on fresh seafood and locally sourced produce. In addition, there’s also a menu of light meals and snacks available right throughout the day. Kumu offers the option of indoor dining at the café-styled bar and alfresco dining at the long timber deck complimented with views of the lawn and the sea. For special occasions, the staff at the hotel are happy to organize a candlelit dinner under the stars in the garden, beside the pool, the beach or atop one of their garden-edged rooftops. Guests have the option of selecting alcoholic beverages from a wine and beer menu and are welcome to bring their own liquor of choice.
